Mary Emmons
Mary serves as the Outreach Director for USA Archery and provides strategic direction for all outreach programs including instructor certification, membership and national program development. Mary is also is responsible for strategic planning and facilitates national partnerships for the organization.

Prior to working at USA Archery Mary was employed by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for 10 years where she served as the Archery Education Specialist. Mary was the first coordinator for the National Archery in the Schools Program in the State of Michigan and also managed the Explore Bowhunting and created and implemented the Recreational Archery Program for parks and recreation agencies statewide.

Mary obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2001 from Indiana State University in Recreation and Sport Management and a Master of Science Degree in 2004 from Michigan State University in Park, Recreation and Tourism Resources.

Mary serves on the Boy Scouts of America Shooting Sports Task Force and the Michigan State University Demmer Shooting Sports, Education and Training Center advisory committee.

Mary is a Certified Park and Recreation Professional and a USA Archery Level 3 Instructor.

Mary is a graduate of the 2010 MI DNR Leadership Academy and the recipient of the 2010 State of Michigan Governor's Award.
